Apirena bianca, rosa, rossa o nera

Le varietà apirene sono oggi in rapida evoluzione.
Attraenti per colorazione e facilità di trasporto, quasi tutti i cloni sono pensati per essere manipolati con facilità.
La grande distribuzione sta alternando il consumo delle uve senza semi alle uve tradizioni nella cultura italiana. Vivai Maimone Giuseppe Alessio dispone di molte varietà apirene differenti per colore ed epoca di maturazione.

Baresana bianca

Ha una notevole vigoria e preferisce la potatura lunga.
La produzione è abbondante ed il vitigno adatto ai pergolati.

Cardinal

Il vitigno è vigoroso, non ama le potature lunghe. L’uva Cardinal rimane sul mercato tra le uve nere più ambite. Il gusto è dolce, il sapore neutro e la polpa croccante. Poco adatto ai trasporti

The vine is vigorous, not suitable for long pruning. It is, on the market, betwin the best black grapes. The taste is sweet and neutral and crunchy flesh. Unsuitable transport.

Hanno una notevole vigoria e preferiscono la potatura lunga.
La produzione è abbondante ed i vitigni sono adatti ai pergolati.

Crimson seedless

Tenore di zucchero elevato per i vitigni da mensa. L'uva è
particolarmente gustosa e croccante. Il grappolo permane bene sulla pianta, ed è possibile la conservazione del frutto sopra la pianta sino a Dicembre. Produzione media ma costante.

High sugar content for table grapes, the grapes are
particularly tasty and crunchy. The bunch stays well on the
vine, and it is possible to keep the grapes on the vine until

Italia

Vitigno vigoroso con uva estremamente digeribile ad azione lassativa e diuretica. L’aroma è lievemente moscato, è resistente al trasporto. La produzione è abbondante ed i
grappoli sono di bell’aspetto. Sensibile all’oidio.

Vigorous vine with extremely digestible grapes with a laxative
and diuretic action. The aroma is slightly muscat, it is resistant
to transport and the production is abundant, the clusters are
beautiful.

Matilde

Il vitigno ha buona vigoria e preferisce potatura media. Il
grappolo di bell’aspetto. L’acino ha polpa soda e sapore
leggermente aromatico.

The vine has good vigor and prefers medium pruning. The
bunch has attractive appearance.
The grape has firm flesh and slightly aromatic taste.

Michele Palieri

Il vitigno è molto produttivo e mediamente vigoroso. Il
sapore dell’uva è neutro, il gusto dolce.
Resiste ai trasporti, ha bisogno portinnesti adatti.
Il frutto ha un ampio mercato.

The vine is very productive and moderately vigorous.

Olivetta nera

Il vitigno ha produzione buona e costante. Si adatta
facilmente a diversi tipi di terreno. Se utilizzata per la
vinificazione dà vino acidulo, gradevole.

The variety has good and costant production.
It adapts easily to different types of terrain.
If used to make wine, the wine will be acid but pleasant.

Regina lunga

Vitigno molto vigoroso, esige forme di allevamento espanse e potature piuttosto lunghe, adatta per i  pergolati. 
Prevalentemente per il consumo allo stato fresco, l'uva è ben accetta su tutti i mercati per l'aspetto dei suoi grappoli ed acini e per il sapore e la consistenza.
The vine is very vigorous, requires forms of expanded farming and long pruning. Suitable for pergolas. To eat the fresh fruit, the grape is welcome on all markets for the appearance of its clusters, for the flavor and the consistency.

Ruby seedless

Vitigno molto vigoroso, da allevare con tendone o spalliera. La produzione è elevata. L’uva ha la polpa soda, il sapore è
neutro. Varietà apirena.

The vine is very vigorous. It is cultivated with espalier on
greenhouse The production is high. The flesh of berries is firm, the taste is  mild. Seedless varieties.

Sugraone

Come uva da pasto è tra i più consumati. La polpa è soda,
croccante, il gusto fresco e un sapore dolce e delicato.

As a table grape it is among the most consumed. The pulp is
firm, crunchy, with a fresh taste and a sweet and delicate
flavor.

Il vitigno, ha una produzione
abbondante ed è adatto per
consumo fresco e soprattutto l'essiccamento.

The vine has an abundant production and is suitable for fresh consumption and especially for drying.

Victoria

Produzione costante, vitigno vigoroso. L’acino è molto
croccante, dal sapore neutro. Nella forma a spalliera produce facilmente 20 ton/ha. Poco sensibile all’Oidio e alla Botrite.

produces 20 ton/ha.

Zibibbo

Utilizzato per il consumo diretto allo stato fresco, per la
preparazione delle uve passe e per la vinificazione. Produce vini dolci, spesso passiti, vellutati, ricchi di profumi.
